Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the difference is calculated pro-rata. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
When canceling, your data remains available for 30 days so you can export it. After that, it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our GDPR obligations.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?

Is there a trial period available?
Yes, all paid plans come with a free 14-day trial period. Your credit card will only be charged after the trial period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay annually for a discount?
